[Plugin: Events Manager] Read more in events notes

Hi,

I am trying to bring all my events in my home page as regular post. My events notes (description) are minimum 2 paragraphs. So would like to have a read more button after 1st paragraph. After I set more button in the post after 1st para and changing format to display #_EVENTEXCERPT works fine. Now in the main page it displays only the first paragraph. But I am not seeing the read more link. Even in the event manager plugin page they mentioned this “If you added a more tag to your event description, only the content before this tag will show (currently, no read more link is added).” But I want read more link, could some one help me how can I customize the same. Appreciate your help.
