Am going to check this one however based on my initial test I get this too.
I guess for now the solution is to make them start/end a year before so the range is correct. I’ll fix this asap.

Hi,
I tried to start it a year before and now it’s skipping to every 2 years. I have it set yearly every 1 year (I also tried every 0 years) with each event lasting 1 day. And the date is still very wrong. Any suggestions?

just wanted to note that i too am having this problem and was about to post about it. i reported it a couple of months ago but was so new to wordpress i couldn’t quite troubleshoot it well. now ready to try and tackle that problem.
i just wanted to add that when i create a recurring event, not only are the dates completely wrong as the previous poster stated, but if you click the “Post published. View post” link, it goes to a “Not Found
Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.” page as if the event was never created or it’s listing an incorrect link for the event posting there.
