[Plugin: Events Manager] ssl admin support

    I’m using version 5.1.8.5 of the plugin.

    The admin loading scripts are throwing insecure content warnings when trying to create a new event in a ssl environment. Mainly the events-manager.js and events_manager_admin.css files.

    It can be fixed by using the function plugins_url() instead of the constant WP_PLUGIN_URL.
