[Plugin: Events Manager] Theme conflict – send your booking

I am using buddypress and the Salutation theme [ http://themeforest.net/item/salutation-wordpress-buddypress-theme/548199 ]

I cannot figure out what is causing the conflict – when you click ‘send your booking’ it takes you to a page that says ‘no events’ and does not submit the booking.

Everything works fine when I use the default theme so its not a conflict with another plugin.

Can anyone offer any help please
