[Plugin: Events Manager] version 5.2.6 — Fatal error on activation

Hello,

I’ve just installed a fresh WP 3.4.2 and tried to install (automatically via WP plugin management and via FTP) Events Manager 5.2.6 — in both cases, after I click ‘Activate’ it resolves with:

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/kupferbe/public_html/wp-admin/includes/menu.php on line 174”

On browser’s page refresh: “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /home/kupferbe/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1120”

The entire Plugin section on the back-end doesn’t work any more.
