Plugin exceeds max size

I am trying to upload pre-written by my mentor plugins and every time I am uploading zip file it tells me that the file exceeds the size liming of around 8.5MB

I have tried to press on tools and I searched for “increase the size of upload” but there was no such thing there.

Can you please help me on that?
