Plugin expired and can't login

I paid for and installed a plugin last year that just expired. It affected my sites login capability, changing it from the original WordPress login page to a login directly on my home page. Since that login page has been disabled along with the site, I’m having a problem accessing my admin panel.

My ht access file was affected and I’d like to change this via the admin panel, not through my ftp. Any suggestions? Thank you!
