I was going to ask the same question. I do not see the moderation option. I am pretty sure I set it all up properly but there is no moderation option in the comments area for me.
Same issue. No comments are appearing in moderation tool even with public view.

Things were working perfectly fine but the comments moderation tools are not visible at all in the last 12 hours or so. Even when I’m logged in, I can only comment as a common Facebook user and not delete/report spam any other comment.
In fact, I realized that comments made after 1st August are not visible at the link https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments/?id=”MY_APP_ID”
Is it a problem specific to my installation or any bug?
