[Plugin: Facebook Comments for WordPress] Cross posting not working

The latest update has a couple of issues, such as the height of the comments area. It sometimes appears squashed and half hidden – a css issue, but annoying through its intermittence.

The bigger issue I have is this error message which prevents cross posting onto my wall:
