“Failed posting to …. Timeline”
What’s ….? Is that literally what it’s showing in the error message?
I’ll say that’s him blanking out his Facebook profile name.. I’m getting the error as well and I don’t have the option to post to my timeline selected.

It sounds like shansta is seeing a different problem, which is why I need to know what the dots are.
The dots are my facebook page name..
I had this activated 3-4 days ago but I didn’t want every posts going onto the page, so i unchecked it and removed open graph ‘publish’ from dev.. After upgrading to your new version this morning this is the error i am now getting after publishing a post.
Seems to me that once you turn on social publisher you really cannot (yet) turn it off. It would only stop publishing to my timeline (even though I had it turned off) when i removed the ‘publish’ from fb dev. http://developers.facebook.com/wordpress/
@shansta: I’ll try to reproduce. Which settings do you have enabled under Social Publishing?
