Thanks for the report.
I understand your themes/plugins are up to date, but this definitely seems like a conflict with one of those. If the plugin was simply failing to render, the shortcode would show up as text—or else something is wrong with the parameters in the shortcode itself.
The campaign code does seem to be functioning appropriately as I can see the JS output on that page.
To avoid having to disable a bunch of themes and plugins, can you share the shortcode in use on that page? You can email cseal at salesforce dot com if it needs to remain private.

Cliff – we have a staging environment (WP Engine) so we can try dramatic things if need be.
@powerfleet Got it, thanks! I would recommend disabling all other plugins and reverting to the default theme—see what the shortcode does at that point.
The fact that it’s not showing anything at all makes me think it’s a theme or plugin conflict interfering with the output of shortcodes.
