[Plugin: FancyBox for WordPress] Title display

Hello –
I saw a topic that was last posted and closed 3 months ago about title placement options in the fancybox for wordpress plugin here:

The last post is the author saying that the title options were coming in a few days. I think I have the latest versions but I have not found these title options (the title placement ‘inside’ is what I am looking for). Do I need to use the code snippets on the fancybox website tips section? And if so, where, exactly to I place those snippets.

Clearly, I am a beginner and greatly appreciate any direction.
