[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] 2 step process

Is there a way with this plugin to have a “2 step contact process”. All I want to do is have two fields (Name and email) on my home page and then when you hit submit it takes you to another page with the rest of the fields, but the name and email are already filled in with the values entered on the home page.

Does this make sense?
