[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Autoresponder Code

    I am running another plugin with FS Contact Form (WP Optins for Word Press).

    WP Optins is asking for an “Autoresponder Form Code” in order to insert the form into the plugin.

    Do I need to modify the ShortCode to place in this field? Is there a specific Autoresponder Form Code that I am to use to blend FS Contact Form into this plugin?
