[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] place labels inside input fields

Hello, I am trying to find a way to place labels inside input fields (like this: http://attardi.org/labels/#info)
And also as per the link when you click on the input box, the text fades so not disappear like some contact forms enabling you to still see what is needed to input.
