[Plugin: Featured Post Widget] special characters issue

    after installed the widget plugin i’ve got this weird bug to solve: some special characters (like à – à in html) are not displayed properly just like any encoding charset is installed (though it is actually, and it works fine in all others parts, pages, posts or widgets). Tried to fix it but i didn’t manage it. any suggestion? thanx.

    Where do these characters appear from? Excerpt? Post? Do you put them yourself?

    If you could give a hint, I could start fixing it.

    Now all characters are correctly displayed in the widget box: they were saved uncorrectly from post’s excerpt, but i’ve tried to write the text of excerpt again and eventually it works! Thanks a lot.
