  • I just did a quick look around the two sites. We can do everything I saw when looking around. If you have any questions about how to achieve something, you can post here and I will respond fairly quickly.

Also check out our blog at https://placester.com/category/developers/ where we will be posting interesting topics to developers of all skill levels every few days. Many of the questions our customers have get turned into blog posts soon after.

    Hi Matt,

Two questions from my side if I may?

    1. When will Placester be WP 3.6 compatible (if not already), your last post on the topic was about 4 weeks ago?

    2. How do I address a jQuery bug that we’re having with a custom template for email / form submission? Seems that although the documentation states that the plugin is independent of Placester themes, we only get it working when using a Placester theme, we get jQuery.cookies not defined errors when trying on our custom theme?

I’ve contacted Placester support and they’ve escalated it to engineering team, but perhaps you can shed some light on the issue for me ?

    Thanks!

We have quite a few customers who are running today on 3.6 so you should be fine. Looks like I need to see how we change the compatibility options for our plugin’s front page.

I just found your support request and will look into it.
