[Plugin: Feedburner Feedsmith Extend] Configuration

I’m wondering what URL I used for each of the feeds.

My feedburner URL is http://feeds.feedburner.com/drjessechappus

Does this URL go in each of the blanks or do I have to modify it for each category, tag, etc?
