[Plugin: FeedWordPress] Update Scheduling Which one to choose?

    On the Update Scheduling option. There is three to choose from:

    1. Cron Tab or manual updates
    2. Automatically check for update after page load
    3. Automatically check for update before page load

    For the option 1. I understand I have to setup a cron tab for that. But how 2nd and 3rd option works? Which one of them works best? Does the script checks on every page load?
