Plugin Filter doesn't work – nothing shows

Hi – I installed and activated this plugin however, on Plugin Filters, nothing shows up on the page. A tutorial on youtube showed Name, Permalink, Settings, Plugin showing up on this page, but for mine, nothing appears. Please help. Thanks!
