    Hi,
    with WP_DEBUG set to 1, the plugin show notice alert in admin page.

    “Notice: Undefined index: submit in …/content/plugins/fitvids-for-wordpress/fitvids-for-wordpress.php on line 66”

    And

    “Notice: Undefined variable: checked in …content/plugins/fitvids-for-wordpress/fitvids-for-wordpress.php on line 94”
