[Plugin: Flashcard Plugin for WordPress] Conflicts with Javascript feature of Theme Options

I tried this on two different blogs both of which use javascript features for the Theme Options under Appearance that become disabled when I use this plugin. Deactivating this plugin fixes the problem. The themes are Pagelines Platform and Suffusion 3.9.5.
