As the plugin documentation states, you can create you own templates with whatever output you’d like. See the section titled “To use a customized HTML output template” here: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/flexible-posts-widget/installation/.

Alternatively, if you’re looking to style the last post differently, you can accomplish this with CSS using the last-of-type selector: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/sel_last-of-type.asp.
