Plugin for booking parking

This should, I think, be simple for those “who can”!
I need an online booking service for 14 parking spaces per week day.
No money involved.
So: user goes to web site, selects a date, selects the number of parking spaces required (after checking availability), records names of those parking (Important).
Parking numbers for that date then adjusted accordingly.
This information is then sent ideally by email to admin.
I have tried a number of events bookings but most either offer too much or simply cannot (or I cannot more likely) be adapted to above requirements.
Appreciate any help or advice. Completely new to WordPress.
