Plugin for event registration with multiple access level

I am working on a mega event website and looking for a event/ticket registration and shopping cart plugin. A major feature is to allow people to purchase registration packages on different level with different price. Also allow purchase based on family/group. For example, I can purchase a VIP level for my self, VIP levels for my relatives, regular level for other relatives, and free level for all the kids. Sounds like purchase with personal information, I need to save each person’s name, location and some other personal information with each registration purchase, and check out as a whole family sales.Because I need to be able to print name tag for each registrant. I have being looking on the plugins for shopping cart, event registration, event planner and some other plugins, event add-ons, but still cannot find one to accomplish this. Any suggestion or advise will be really appreciated.
