Plugin for Facebook integration

    A buddy of mine is looking for a plugin that will automatically take any new blog post, and publish it to both his facebook profile AND a facebook page. There are tons of FB plugins in the directory, but I’m not having luck finding one that totally automates this. Does such a thing exist?
