Plugin for forums that allow ads & polls

I have tried using Simple Press forums for my blog and I like it. It is a very nice set up. However it has a couple draw backs. First of all it does not allow a user to establish a poll. They are stating in their forums that that might be available in the future but we are still talking a ways off. Another issue is it can prompt a user to sign in to the dashboard (albeit a condensed version) and I don’t like that. I want users to only be able to sign in to the Forum and not be able to view the dashboard. One feature I do like however is it is integrated seamlessly with the theme I am using and the users are still able to view my sidebars which include adds, tags, and a video. It does not require any knowledge of coding to do this. The other ones I have seen seem to offer up the ability for the users to add a poll (not sure about the login screen) but I cannot see that they offer a way to seamlessly integrate with my theme so I can show ads on the sidebar. I have no experience whatsoever with PHP but I am able to work around in it with specific instructions. Does anyone know of a forum that can do all three things I need. 1) integrate seamlessly with my theme and allow for ads on the sidebar 2) allow users to establish polls and 3) not allow them to log in to the dashboard if I don’t want them to?

I should point out that if necessary, I can do without the polls. But an absolute must is to have it be able to allow me to add whatever I need to the sidebar and not allow users to login to the dashboard.
