Plugin for queuing to next page.

Hi Joy,

I would like to add a plugin on our website that can let the people to queue up for an application, maybe after that will re-direct to another page or google form, the plugin can limit the number of persons queuing and set the start time.

Or the plugin can assign different ticket number/ID (for the applicants to fill in the form), and the plugin also limit the quota of ticket number/ID and set the start time.
