Plugin for "Ready To Work" project

    I am beginning a new project for my http://www.frugalmule.com/ website and I am looking for a plugin to accomplish the goal. The actual page might be at http://frugalmule.com/ready-to-work or it might be somewhere else. We may want to find a way to monetize it if it succeeds from an interest standpoint, but not at the moment. Currently, the service would be 100% free.

    I am entitling the project “Ready To Work”. It’s goal is to put people in touch with folks that are actually “Ready To Work”, in-person, RIGHT NOW!

    No Restraining Issues
    No Transportation Issues
    No Time Issues
    No Phone Issues
    No Computer Issues
    No Problems At All

    These guys are ready and available for work, right NOW!

    Is there a plugin that can accomplish this or close to it out-of-the-box?
