plugin for registered enduser posting

Hi There

I like to build up a wp site. On the site with all posts, U like to provide for the end users to post posts. They should be restigered, but not need to go to the dashboard.
And the posts from them need to miderate and checked first from the admin login.

Does someone know a good and easy plugin.
