Plugin for related tags

Is there a plugin that works similar to related posts, except it just takes in common tags found to recommend content instead?

Example:

I create an article for “Apple iPhone 6” and tag it with “apple, iphone, iphone 6, smartphone”.

It would then match with other articles which have the same tags, ordered from the ones with the most matched.

Here would be a hypothetical order:

1. Article with tags “apple, iphone 6, smartphone, samsung” (3 matching tags).
2. Article with tags “iphone, samsung, htc, apps” (2 matching tags).
3. Article with tags “smartphone, windows” (1 matching tag).
