Plugin for Rental eCommerce

I’m looking for a plugin or series where I can list items that will be used as rentals. Basically it would function like an ecommerce store except would have the ability to charge a monthly price rather than just the set retail price.

Perhaps this would require a store plugin and a particular payment processor? Just wanted to see if anyone has had experience with something similar.
