Plugin for shop locator using dropdown menus

Hi All,
newbie question: I have a small database of shops in a excel and need to create a page where the visitor can sort from this database using dropdown menus, like state/city/neighborhood and then get the final list of shops.

Any suggestion of good plugins (or easy ways) to do that?
