Plugin for simplified gallery?

I’m hoping someone can point me towards a plugin to create a gallery in a single step.

All of the galleries that I’ve tried require the user to create a page and link the gallery to a page.

I’m looking for a single step gallery where the backend user logs in, clicks “Create Gallery”, uploads the files and that’s it. The gallery is visible from the home page.

Any suggestions?
