[Plugin: Formidable Forms] Email notification info from form has changed

I may not being asking the right question, but I noticed last month that the information in the emails I get when clients fill out the form on my website has changed.

What used to read as:
Which System? (all quoted rates are GST exclusive): 12″ TFT Superbrite Camera Hood – $800 p/day, $480 half-day

…now displays as just:

Which System? (all quoted rates are GST exclusive): 12

(This one of a number of options with radio buttons to select.)

What I can’t work out is why it’s now only displaying the first 2 characters of the selected option in my email rather than the entire line. I need to know this info as a couple of the options start the same but are differen.

It looks like the change happened the last time I update the plugin last month and I can’t find where to change it back. Hope someone can help.
