[Plugin: Formidable Forms] Hidden field

First of all, love the plugin! Just what I was looking for. One thing though.

I’m developing a theme and want to have a form for every author on the site who’ll receive individual notification when the form is sent from their specific author.php page, any know how about how to go about?
