[Plugin: FranceImage location filter] Feature Request: ScrollTo results function.

FranceImage location filter should Scroll To the map section when filtering results.

I often use a descriptions or content above the list of posts on category / tag / blog list pages. This means when a user filters by location, the page refreshes, and the user has to scroll down the page to the start of the post loop, in extreme cases might not even know something happened.

In these cases, I think it would be a nice usability enhancement to anchor the view point with the map in view. Maybe even a nice scrolling effect using jQuery and # anchors.
