Plugin frequently disappears

Hello everyone,

for several months now, WooCommerce has frequently been disappearing from our website’s plugin list.
About every week, the shop page is not accessible all of a sudden and WooCommerce is not listed in the plugin list anymore. We have another plug-in that depends on WooCommerce, which will give us a notification about not being able to find the WooCommerce destination folder, as if it was somehow deleted.
In order to make it work again, we have to enter our website via FTP to rename or delete the non-working WooCommerce plugin folder, only to reinstall and reactivate WooCommerce again. This will restore the plugin and all its assets.

But since the now working plugin will only work for some days until it suddenly disappears again, we have to find a solution for this problem.

Does anybody maybe have an explanation for this? Thanks in advance!

To know your setup and check further into this, kindly provide us the following:

Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste in here your response.
Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
