• First of all – great plugin

By deactivating the WYSIWYG you can edit the code in frontend which is incredibly cool but I wonder if there is a chance to get the real output code (incl. Paragraphs etc.)

    By using tags like
the editor is overruling the user and removes those tags – is there any chance to change that?

Have you ever thought about code highlighting in the frontend?

If you don’t use a WYSIWYG editor to edit the content at all, you’re free to add <p> tags by hand etc. and they will be preserved. You will find that it’s a lot of work, though.

Have you ever thought about code highlighting in the frontend?

You mean adding a code editor with syntax highlighting.

Not until now. It seems like the audience for this feature is pretty limited.

Also, if I were to add such a feature, you wouldn’t be able to intermingle code blocks with normal content, as I think you’re expecting.
