[Plugin: Front-end Editor] Not Working

I can’t get this plugin to work. There are a few code marks showing at the top of the page but that is it. I’ve been through the suggestions here, and fixed the title suggestion. The footer PHP was already correct. I’m not sure about the .js business though.
