• I hesitated even trying this and now I do most of my writing using it. It’s quick to respond when editing and saving. A true wysiwyg feel with much more real estate in view as you edit. The toolbar floats nicely just above wherever you are working. Would have given it 5 stars if it had a few more editing options. Text justification and setting link to open in new window are two that jump out at me.

    Great plugin… Thanks scribu!

    A couple of caveats:

I like to edit unpublished documents using it by opening a preview window. One time I wrote a bunch of stuff and it wasn’t saving to the main edit screen (yes, you need to refresh the page to see the updates to the main edit screen) I don’t know what the quirk was, but you may want to type a line in the wordpress edit area before opening the preview to continue editing on the front end.

Also if you have really good popup blocking make sure your site is set to allow popups, or you won’t see the toolbar (I couldn’t backspace either). (this had me puzzled for awhile)
