[Plugin: FV WordPress Flowplayer] PHP shorttags being used

In at least 1 place, /view/wizard.php, you have a PHP short tag (<?) which does not work on servers with short tags disabled. In that case, all the PHP source until the next proper PHP tag is sent to the browser and not processed.
