Thanks for that.
I cant see any reason why these two are showing differently, its a bit strange as both shortcodes use the exact same layout code, so should have the same formatting.
One option would be to try the fix I mentioned here:

Otherwise, have you tried disabling other plugins, one at a time, to see if there is a conflict somewhere?
