[Plugin: Geo Mashup] Does not work with WP Minify

    It seems that this plugin does not work with WP Minify

    Even if you exclude all js, it does not work.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I think I’ve seen sites use the two plugins together, but I’m not sure about latest versions. If you deactivate all other plugins but these two, does it still fail? What are the results?

    Hi, I’m looking forward to using this plugin (it’s the most robust one I’ve found for maps) and was wondering if anyone had gotten it to work with WP Minify yet?

    I’m running the latest versions of WP (3.01), WP Minify (0.9.3) and Geo Mashup (1.3.7).

    In my testing of it, I found that Geo Mashup only seems to work if I deactivate WP Minify.

    I’ve tried using WP Minify’s javascript file exclusion option (i.e. I excluded the geo-mashup-loader.js as well as Google Maps JS API link), but Geo Mashup still doesn’t seem to work (no map appears).

    Any suggestions for resolving this are appreciated.

    In case anyone else is struggling with this, the quickest solution is to select the “Enable Minification on External Files” in the “Advanced Options”.
