I already replied to this question the last time you asked it. Did you not get that reply?
I said:
Try changing
set_time_limit(30);
to
set_time_limit(60);
on lines 229 and 259 of plugins/gotmls/index.php.
Let me know if that doe not work. I have a new upgrade that may help but it’s not finished so I have not released it yet. I could test it out on your site if you would like.

Ok, If you are will to give me admin access to your site I will install and test my BETA version on your site. If you are not willing to let me into your admin I can email the new code to you. I would really rather see for myself how it performs on your site as I have done this for a few others and found that it needed a few tweaks for each site I’ve tested it on so far.

Thanks for giving me access to your site, it really makes it easy to help.
I have installed my 07.30 BETA version on your site and, after a few tweaks, it is working well. It was able to clean off all the threats but it still have trouble scanning a few large directories. I am continuing to work on this version until I get it ready for a full release and I appreciate your willingness to let me test my revisions on your server. This ensures that when I get this new release done it will be working 100% on your server.
I will continue to keep you updated on my progress via email.
