Plugin Gets Stuck When Loading Article

    Hello,

    I’ve just tried this out on WordPress 4.3 and it seems to be working okay for me. To try to narrow down the problem, could you answer the following?

    * When does “getting stuck” mean exactly? Nothing happens after clicking “Insert into editor”?

    * What browsers have you tried using?

    * Do you have any other WordPress plugins installed?

    * What documents have you tried? Could you try a new Word document that just has a paragraph of text? What version of Word are you using?

    * Did you have the plugin working on previous versions of WordPress?

    * Does your browser show any JavaScript errors in its console?

    I just noticed what caused the issue. The two files in question were in .doc format vs .docx

    I just assumed this plugin did both and didn’t pay attention to the file type extension.
