Plugin giving a w3c validator error

Hello. So I am happily using the wp-mobile menu and it seems to be working. One problem: when I go to validate the site with the https://validator.w3.org/ I get this error:

Error: Bad value navigation for attribute role on element ul.

From line 213, column 40; to line 213, column 127

I cannot find the code referred to anywhere in my code. I am sure it is this plugin and it must be being generated at the time the site is called.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
