[Plugin: Google Ajax Search] Working sample? Screenshots?

Where can I see a working example of this plugin? Even the author’s site doesn’t seem to have it. At minimum, how about a screen shot? There are no screenshots under the “Screenshot” tab for this plugin here on ww.wp.xz.cn, nor on the author’s page.
