• I’m new to WordPress so if this has been covered previously, I apologize.

    I’ve got the plug in installed and I put in my GA tracking number and have the script being placed in the bottom. My question is do I copy/paste the script there or is it pulled from the number. If I am suppose to paste it there I am unable to.

    I do have the <?php wp_footer(); ?> in my footer.php

    Thanks,

    Patti

    hey patti

    you shouldn’t have to do anything more. if you want to check if the plug in is loading the analytics, just go to one of your blog pages in a browser, view the source code and see if the analytics is at the bottom of the code.

    Thanks “dvwordpress” – When I check the code I got the following error:

    <!– Google Analytics tracking code not shown because admin tracking is disabled –>

    Where do I turn that on?

    Thanks again,

    Patti
