[Plugin: Google Authenticator] Can't login

Hi. I installed GA and now can’t log back in as admin. I didn’t enable the relaxed sync mode (obviously in hindsight I should have). Suggestions on what I do now?

note: Should I log into SSH and edit something from there? Thanks.
